A RESPONSIBLE RETURN TO CONCERTS
Sarasota Concert Association is excited to welcome audiences back for our 2022 concert season. We are also committed to the health and well-being of our patrons, staff, and volunteers. As a participant in Safe Arts Sarasota, a collaboration of Sarasota County’s major arts organizations, we have implemented protocols for attending our concerts.

Detroit Symphony Orchestra Concert Cancelled
Due to the recent increase in COVID cases across the country, the Detroit Symphony made the difficult decision to cancel their Florida concert tour which includes their January 20 concert in Sarasota. We look forward to bringing the orchestra back in a future season.

Return/Refund Policy
We are committed to the comfort and safety of our audience members, and for the 2022 concert season, we have adopted a more flexible return and refund policy. If a subscriber discovers that he/she is unable to use the purchased subscription for the coming season, the tickets may be returned to the SCA box office manager with a refund request by December 31, 2021. Individual ticket holders are encouraged to donate unused tickets for resale and receive a tax-deductible donation letter for the value of the tickets. Refunds may be issued for single tickets on request if a refund request is made at the box office at least 7 days before the concert.
Please note that our box office is no longer selling onsite tickets at the Sarasota Ballet box office.
Free Student Tickets
Student Education Outreach Program
SCA offers free and specially discounted tickets for its Great Performers Series:
• Free tickets to any student with a student ID from a registered school or youth program.
• Discounted tickets of $25 for accompanying adults – either parents, teachers or chaperones.
Individual students and up to two accompanying adults can participate by calling the SCA box office in advance (941-966-6161) or by requesting tickets at the SCA Will Call Desk at the venue on the evening of the performance. Student or youth organizations can request tickets in advance for a group outing of 10 or more students and adults by calling the SCA box office. Seating is limited; student tickets may not be available due to advanced ticket sales.
